In extreme weather conditions, when outside temperatures drop below 2oC, the Unico R 12 HP automatically activates its electric heating element to provide additional heat. The Unico R 12 HP air conditioner is suitable for cooling and heating both domestic and commercial applications quietly. Quiet air conditioning is no more important than in the home or office where relaxation and concentration is vital.
