The Toshiba RAV-HM1401UTP-E Digital Inverter 4-Way Cassette is a high-capacity commercial climate solution engineered for large-scale environments such as open-plan offices, retail units, restaurants, meeting halls and hospitality spaces. Designed to deliver powerful and uniform 360° air distribution, this cassette model provides stable cooling and heating performance even under high occupancy or high-load conditions.

Built around Toshiba’s advanced Digital Inverter compressor platform, the system offers high seasonal efficiency, rapid temperature stabilisation and reliable operation in demanding commercial settings. The slim cassette chassis integrates a high-efficiency heat exchanger, aerodynamic louvres and multi-directional discharge to ensure balanced comfort throughout every corner of the space.

Indoor airflow reaches an impressive 583 l/s at high fan speed, allowing the HM1401UTP-E to comfortably condition large rooms while maintaining controlled sound levels of just 44 dB(A) on high and 34 dB(A) on low. The paired RAV-GV1401AT8P-E 3-phase outdoor inverter heat pump provides 11.5 kW of cooling and 11.9 kW of heating capacity, with wide operating conditions suitable for year-round commercial performance.

With long pipe-run capability up to 30 metres, high airflow output, 4-way discharge design and full compatibility with Toshiba hard-wired controls, this cassette system is ideally suited to medium and large commercial applications that require efficient, quiet and dependable climate control.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer.  We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service  we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
