The Toshiba RAV-HM1601UTP-E is the largest model in the Digital Inverter 4-Way Cassette range, engineered specifically for high-demand commercial environments such as retail floors, large offices, hospitality venues, medical centres, restaurants, showrooms and open commercial spaces requiring strong, even air distribution.

Delivering 13.0kW of cooling and 13.5kW of heating, this heavy-duty cassette system is designed for applications where stable performance, powerful airflow and excellent seasonal efficiency are essential. The wide-spread 4-way discharge pattern ensures uniform coverage across large open areas, while the cassette’s slim chassis (319 × 840 × 840 mm) allows installation into standard ceiling grid systems.

The system incorporates Toshiba’s highly efficient Digital Inverter compressor, enabling rapid temperature pull-down, precision load-matching, and reliable operation in demanding usage cycles. Airflow reaches 592 l/s, with optimised blade geometry for low-turbulence delivery and reduced noise levels from 45 dB(A) down to 36 dB(A) depending on fan speed.

The outdoor unit, the RAV-GV1601AT8P-E1, is a robust 3-phase heat pump designed for large-scale commercial operation. With a maximum pipe length capability of 30 metres, charge-free pipe runs to 30 metres, and a high-capacity 3-phase power supply, it is perfectly suited to extended installations and larger buildings requiring long interconnecting lines.

Additional features include built-in high lift drain pump, self-cleaning coil function, anti-mould protection in the drain pan, detachable louvres and grille for easy service access, and compatibility with wired, BMS and control integrations.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer.  We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service  we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
