The Samsung Under Ceiling Heat Pump 12.0kW three-phase system is designed for demanding commercial applications where powerful, consistent airflow and reliable performance are essential. Ideal for buildings without suspended ceilings, the unit is mounted directly beneath the ceiling to deliver wide horizontal air distribution across large floor areas.
Featuring Samsung’s Big Ceiling Inverter design, the system uses an enlarged blade and enhanced fan assembly to project air over distances of up to 15 metres, delivering up to 70% greater throw than conventional air conditioning units. This makes it particularly suitable for high-ceiling environments such as warehouses, retail units, gyms, workshops, exhibition spaces and large open commercial interiors.
Digital Inverter technology continuously adjusts compressor output to match load demand, improving efficiency and maintaining stable indoor temperatures. The supplied wired controller allows full control of fan speed, airflow direction and operating modes, with optional access restriction to prevent unauthorised user changes and support effective energy management. Using R32 refrigerant, the system combines strong performance with a reduced environmental impact and year-round heating and cooling capability.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
