The Samsung Under Ceiling Heat Pump 12.0kW single-phase system is designed for commercial environments where suspended ceilings are not available and a high-capacity solution is required without the need for three-phase power. Installed directly beneath the ceiling, the unit delivers strong horizontal airflow, making it ideal for high-ceiling spaces such as retail units, gyms, workshops, showrooms and open-plan commercial interiors.
Samsung’s Digital Inverter technology precisely modulates compressor output to match real-time demand, improving energy efficiency while maintaining stable indoor temperatures. The enlarged blade and enhanced fan design allow air to be projected over long distances of up to 15 metres, ensuring even temperature distribution throughout large spaces.
The supplied wired controller enables full control of fan speed, airflow direction and operating modes, with the option to restrict user access. This helps prevent unauthorised adjustments and supports effective energy management in shared commercial environments. The system uses R32 refrigerant, offering reduced environmental impact alongside reliable year-round heating and cooling performance.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
