The Samsung Under Ceiling Heat Pump 10kW system is a powerful commercial air conditioning solution designed specifically for buildings without suspended ceilings or where wall-mounted units are unsuitable. Installed directly beneath the ceiling, the unit delivers strong horizontal airflow across wide areas, ensuring consistent temperature control in large, open-plan environments.
Engineered with Samsung’s Digital Inverter technology, the system adjusts compressor output in real time to match demand, reducing energy consumption while maintaining stable indoor conditions. The enlarged discharge blade and enhanced fan design allow air to be projected over long distances of up to 15 metres, improving comfort levels even in high-ceiling spaces such as warehouses, retail units, gyms, workshops, conference areas and hotel lobbies.
The supplied wired controller provides precise control over fan speed, airflow direction and operating modes, with the option to restrict user access. This helps prevent unauthorised adjustments, reduces excessive heating or cooling, and supports efficient energy management in shared commercial environments. Using R32 refrigerant, the system also benefits from a lower environmental impact while delivering reliable year-round heating and cooling performance.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
