The Powrmatic SQ40V2 Electric Quartz Infrared Heater is designed to deliver powerful, responsive radiant heating in industrial and commercial buildings where conventional warm-air heating can be inefficient. Using shortwave quartz infrared technology, the heater produces instant radiant heat that warms people, machinery and surfaces directly rather than heating the surrounding air.

This heating method is particularly effective in large spaces such as warehouses, workshops and manufacturing facilities where high ceilings or frequently opened doors can cause heat loss with traditional systems. Infrared heating focuses warmth directly into occupied zones, improving comfort while reducing wasted energy.

The SQ heater range has been designed specifically for zonal heating applications. Instead of attempting to heat the entire building volume, these heaters deliver targeted warmth to working areas, which can significantly reduce overall energy consumption while maintaining comfortable working environments.

The SQ40V2 model produces 4kW of radiant heat output through two high-intensity quartz heating lamps and features a vertical heater configuration.
