The Powrmatic SRP PVU40 is a high-capacity vacuum radiant U-tube heater designed to deliver efficient infrared heating for warehouses, factories and large industrial spaces. With a heat input of 40 kW, the PVU40 provides strong radiant heat coverage while maintaining a compact installation footprint compared with longer linear radiant tube systems.

Vacuum radiant heating technology draws combustion gases through the emitter tube using an induced draft fan system rather than pushing them through with a conventional blower burner. This method produces a more consistent tube temperature across the emitter length, improving heat distribution and overall radiant efficiency. Two-stage high/low burner operation allows rapid warm-up during cold start-up conditions while maintaining efficient low-fire operation once the building has reached temperature.

Radiant heating systems transfer infrared heat directly to people, machinery and floor surfaces rather than heating the surrounding air volume. This makes them particularly effective in large industrial buildings where warm air would otherwise rise towards the roof structure.
