High Output Vacuum U-Tube Radiant Heater for Industrial Warehouse Heating
The Powrmatic SRP PVU30 is a high-performance vacuum radiant U-tube heater designed to provide efficient infrared heating across warehouses, factories and large industrial workspaces. Delivering a heat input of 30 kW, the PVU30 provides powerful radiant heat coverage while maintaining a compact installation footprint compared with longer linear radiant tube systems.
Vacuum radiant heating technology draws combustion gases through the radiant emitter tube using an induced draft fan system. This ensures a consistent temperature along the emitter tube and improves radiant heat distribution while maintaining stable combustion performance. Two-stage high/low burner operation allows rapid warm-up when required and efficient steady-state heating during normal operation.
Infrared radiant heating works by warming people, machinery and floor surfaces directly rather than heating the surrounding air. This makes radiant heaters particularly effective in buildings with high ceilings where warm air would otherwise rise and accumulate near the roof. By concentrating heat in the occupied working area, radiant heating systems improve comfort while reducing energy loss caused by stratification.
The U-tube emitter configuration allows strong radiant heat output while keeping the overall installed length compact. This makes the PVU30 particularly suitable for warehouses, workshops and industrial buildings where ceiling space or structural layout limits the installation of longer linear radiant heaters.
When paired with the MC200 optimised controller, the heater delivers precise temperature control and efficient energy management across demanding industrial heating installations.
