High Output Linear Vacuum Radiant Heater for Large Industrial Buildings
The Powrmatic SRP PVL40 is a high-capacity linear vacuum radiant tube heater engineered to deliver powerful infrared heating across warehouses, factories and large industrial environments. With a heat input of 41 kW (approximately 136,000 Btu), this model is designed for buildings with higher ceilings and larger floor areas where conventional warm-air heating systems often suffer from heat stratification and inefficient heat distribution.
Using vacuum radiant burner technology, the system draws combustion gases through the radiant emitter tube via an induced draft fan. This method ensures a more consistent tube temperature along the full length of the emitter, providing improved radiant efficiency and stable combustion performance compared with traditional forced burner radiant heaters.
Radiant heating works by transferring infrared energy directly to people, equipment and floor surfaces rather than heating the surrounding air volume. This allows the PVL40 to provide effective warmth in environments where doors frequently open or where heat loss would otherwise occur through air movement.
With its extended 19 m emitter tube configuration, the PVL40 distributes radiant heat evenly across large working areas, making it ideal for warehouse aisles, manufacturing zones and logistics facilities. Combined with the MC200 optimised controller, the heater delivers precise temperature control and improved energy efficiency across demanding industrial heating applications.
