High Output Linear Vacuum Radiant Heater for Industrial Warehouse Heating
The Powrmatic SRP PVL30 is a high-performance linear vacuum radiant tube heater designed for efficient infrared heating in warehouses, factories and large commercial buildings. Delivering a heat input of 30 kW, this model provides powerful radiant warmth across industrial environments where conventional warm-air heating systems may struggle due to heat stratification or large building volumes.
Using vacuum radiant heating technology, the heater draws combustion gases through the emitter tube via an induced draft fan. This creates a more uniform tube temperature along the radiant emitter, improving radiant heat output and overall efficiency while providing stable combustion and reduced heat loss.
Infrared radiant heating works by warming people, equipment and floor surfaces directly rather than heating the surrounding air. This method makes radiant tube heaters particularly effective in buildings with high ceilings or frequent door openings, such as logistics facilities, loading bays and manufacturing plants.
With its extended 12.9 m emitter tube configuration, the PVL30 distributes radiant heat evenly across large working areas, making it ideal for warehouse aisles and industrial production zones. When paired with the MC200 optimised controller, the heater provides precise temperature management and improved energy efficiency across demanding commercial heating applications.
