Compact Linear Vacuum Radiant Heater for Efficient Industrial Warehouse Heating
The Powrmatic SRP PVL20LS is a compact linear vacuum radiant tube heater engineered to deliver efficient infrared heating in warehouses, workshops and industrial buildings. With a heat input of 22 kW, the PVL20LS provides effective radiant heating coverage while maintaining a manageable installation length for buildings where space or structural limitations restrict longer radiant tube systems.
Using vacuum radiant heating technology, combustion gases are drawn through the emitter tube by an induced draft fan rather than pushed by the burner. This design produces a more even tube temperature along the radiant emitter, improving heat distribution and overall system efficiency compared with traditional forced burner radiant heaters.
Radiant heating works by emitting infrared heat energy directly toward people, equipment and floor surfaces rather than heating the surrounding air volume. This method significantly reduces heat losses caused by stratification, a common issue in large industrial buildings where warm air rises toward the roof space.
The PVL20LS linear radiant heater is particularly well suited for warehouses, logistics centres and manufacturing environments where consistent heating performance is required despite high ceilings or frequent door openings. By focusing heat into occupied working areas, the system improves comfort while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
Supplied with the MC200 optimised digital controller, the PVL20LS allows precise temperature management and improved operational efficiency across industrial heating installations.
