Linear Vacuum Radiant Heater for Efficient Industrial Warehouse Heating
The Powrmatic SRP PVL20 is a linear vacuum radiant tube heater designed to deliver efficient infrared heating performance across warehouses, factories and large industrial buildings. With a heat input of 22 kW, the PVL20 provides reliable radiant heating coverage while maintaining a compact linear installation profile suitable for industrial spaces requiring controlled and evenly distributed heat.
Using vacuum radiant heating technology, the system draws combustion gases through the radiant tube via an induced draft fan rather than forcing them through the burner. This design allows for more uniform tube temperatures along the emitter length, improving radiant heat output and system efficiency. The longer 9850 mm emitter tube allows heat to be distributed across a wider working area, making the PVL20 ideal for warehouse aisles and industrial workspaces.
Radiant tube heating operates by emitting infrared energy directly towards people, machinery and floor surfaces rather than heating the surrounding air. This approach significantly reduces heat loss through stratification, a common issue in buildings with high ceilings where warm air rises towards the roof structure.
The PVL20 radiant heater is particularly suited to warehouses, logistics facilities and manufacturing environments where stable heating performance is required even when large doors are opened frequently. By directing heat into the occupied zone, the system improves worker comfort while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
