High Output Double Linear Radiant Heating for Large Industrial Warehouses
The Powrmatic PVDL30 is a high-capacity double linear radiant tube heater engineered to provide powerful infrared heating for large warehouses, factories and distribution centres. Delivering 61 kW heat input, the heater uses vacuum burner technology to draw combustion gases through the emitter tubes, maintaining consistent tube temperatures and ensuring even heat distribution along the radiant surface.
Unlike traditional warm-air heating systems that heat the air volume within a building, radiant heaters emit infrared energy that directly warms floors, machinery and people within the occupied zone. This approach significantly reduces heat loss from stratification in buildings with high ceilings, improving comfort and heating efficiency in industrial environments.
The double linear radiant configuration effectively doubles the emitter surface area compared with single linear heaters, enabling greater heat coverage across wide warehouse bays and large manufacturing areas. Combined with high-efficiency aluminium reflectors, radiant energy is directed downward into the working zone to maximise usable heat output.
Powrmatic SRP radiant heaters incorporate two-stage high/low burner technology, allowing rapid warm-up on high fire and energy-efficient steady operation on low fire once the required temperature is reached. This design helps reduce fuel consumption while maintaining consistent thermal comfort across large industrial buildings.
