High Capacity Double Linear Radiant Heating for Large Industrial Buildings
The Powrmatic PVDL20 double linear radiant heater is designed to provide powerful and efficient infrared heating for large industrial buildings such as warehouses, logistics hubs and manufacturing facilities. Using vacuum burner technology, the heater draws combustion gases through the radiant tubes to maintain consistent surface temperatures and uniform heat distribution across the emitter length. This design ensures reliable performance and improved heating efficiency compared with conventional warm-air systems.
Infrared radiant heating works by warming people, floors and equipment directly rather than heating the air volume inside the building. This reduces heat loss caused by air stratification in high-roof industrial spaces and provides faster warm-up times with improved comfort in the occupied working zone.
The double linear configuration effectively doubles the radiant emitter surface compared with a single tube heater, making the PVDL range particularly suitable for wide warehouse bays or large open production areas. Two-stage burner technology allows rapid warm-up on high fire and energy-efficient operation on low fire once the building reaches the desired temperature.
Combined with the MC200 optimised control system and remote black-bulb sensor, the heater delivers accurate radiant temperature control and reduced energy consumption in demanding commercial heating applications.
