Compact Radiant Plaque Heater for Targeted Industrial Spot Heating
The Powrmatic PSDE10N is a compact high-intensity natural gas-fired radiant plaque heater designed to deliver efficient spot heating in industrial and commercial environments. Producing 10.5 kW of radiant heat output, the heater uses a ceramic plaque burner to emit infrared heat directly toward people, equipment and working areas rather than heating the surrounding air.
Radiant plaque heaters are particularly effective in buildings where heat loss through open doors, ventilation or high ceilings makes conventional warm-air heating inefficient. By directing infrared heat toward the occupied zone, the PSDE10N provides fast warm-up and targeted comfort for workstations, loading bays and production areas.
The heater incorporates a high-efficiency aluminium reflector designed to maximise downward radiation and improve heating performance. Lightweight construction and a compact design allow simple wall-mounted installation, making the unit suitable for workshops, garages, warehouses and agricultural buildings.
Automatic operation is typically achieved using the MC200 energy-saving controller with remote black-bulb radiant sensor, ensuring accurate radiant temperature control and improved energy efficiency.
