High Capacity Gas Fired Heated Door Curtain for Wide Industrial Openings

The Powrmatic BAR4/GFAC is a high-output 50kW gas fired heated door curtain designed to provide both environmental separation and active heating across large industrial door openings.

Engineered for high-level horizontal installation, the BAR4/GFAC delivers a powerful heated air stream downward across the doorway. This prevents cold air ingress while breaking up cold air pooling at floor level — a critical factor in high-traffic loading bays and logistics facilities.

With a maximum nominal output of 54.0kW and gas input (net CV) of 58.9kW on high fire, the unit provides substantial heating capacity to support wide openings up to 2,250mm. The high velocity air stream (15.3 m/s average outlet velocity) combined with four centrifugal fans ensures balanced airflow across the full module width.

The system operates on a 220-240V~50Hz single-phase supply and incorporates three-speed airflow control, allowing adjustment to suit mounting height and site conditions.
