The Lossnay VL-100U5 pull cord style single room fresh air units offer effective, energy efficient mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) in an easy to install compact system. The compact wall-mounted units are designed to answer the need for fresh air in today’s modern homes, now being built to stricter building regulations which call for highly insulated buildings. These ‘airtight’ premises often need effective mechanical ventilation to combat the build-up of stale air. The Lossnay system helps achieve this whilst recovering up to 79% of the heat energy from the outgoing air to reduce the amount of energy needed to bring the fresh, incoming air up to room temperature.

Unlike many other ventilation systems on the market, the VL Lossnay series recovers both latent heat and sensible heat which not only offers a more controllable internal temperature but also makes the indoor climate less dry and more comfortable whilst reducing heat losses – leading to savings in both energy and running costs. The VL Lossnay units can be easily fitted to any external wall and need only a supply / extract feed and electrical connection to offer efficient and effective single room ventilation. This model has the option of being able to be connected direct to a wall power supply for direct switch or on/off locally via a pull cord,  this version has auto restart on last settings.
