The Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning Multi-Split System allows up to 5 Mr Slim or M Series indoor units to be operated from a single outdoor unit. This makes it an economic answer in multi-room applications, whilst also offering space saving benefits. The indoor units are the M series which are renowned for quiet operation and outstanding reliability. A compact design makes these units ideal for commercial and home air conditioning and heating applications. Although the total capacity of the indoor units are more than the total output of the outdoor unit, the system works on the assumption that all the indoor units will not require 100% duty all the time.
Mitsubishi Electric’s new range of high specification, flat panel SF wall mounted models make use of inverter technology, These units have extremely quiet sound levels, whilst also delivering economical air conditioning, with improved EER figures. Ideal for use in any size room, many units come equipped with a wide-angle airflow system, as well as an automatic swing vane, allowing airflow to be extended to every corner of a room.
Designed to heat or cool small to medium sized applications, the M Series range provides a versatile, yet affordable air conditioning solution. Quick to install and also one of the quietest units on the market (as low as 21dBA* 1 ), this newly designed, attractive range offers the perfect way to ensure a comfortable environment with the minimum of disruption.
Unlike conventional models with a grilled air intake, wall mounted models feature a smoothly contoured, flat panel finish with a top air intake that not only improves aesthetics, but also helps to reduce noise as the heat exchanger area is fully covered. This is as a result of the multi-angled heat exchanger having a modified fin shape that reduces air resistance, producing a smoother, quieter flow of air.
Alongside this, the wide diameter of the fan produces greater airflow at lower fan speeds and the uneven pitch between each fan blade helps to eliminate unwanted noise.

These air conditioning units must be installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. We can install the unit for you using our F-Gas Certified Engineers. Please note if you do not select our installation service we will not ship the unit until we have obtained evidence from you that you will have the unit installed by an F-Gas qualified engineer. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
