The Lg air conditioning range of CV Floor / Ceiling suspended convertible indoor units has the flexibility of multiple installations. The CV Indoor unit can easily be mounted on the floor or suspended from the ceiling. The indoor unit has a quiet operational noise of 26dB on smaller models in the sleep mode to offer you peace and quiet for the bedroom or office. In addition, the outdoor units have drastically reduced vibration and noise thanks to a super quiet fan and motor and an innovative anti noise mechanism. The CV convertible system features "Gold Fin" protection on the Outdoor Unit and energy saving heat exchanger in the Indoor Unit.
The Advanced CV range of floor/ceiling units has now been extended to include new small capacity STANDARD INVERTER systems starting at 2.5kW / 9000Btu, and an high capacity system 14kW at the top end. The 7-Day Programmable Timer now included in standard controls specification with a 24Hr control function. Lg air conditioning and heat pump high performance floor / Ceiling suspended convertible indoor split systems are designed for residential and commercial application such as offices, shops, meeting rooms, restaurants, hotels, clubs, gyms, and open plan areas.
The standard inverter air conditioning system's CoP (Coefficient of Performance) is up to 3.6 on some models. This means the system can deliver 3.6 kW of heating, whilst consuming only 1.0kW of electrical power. This has been achieved by combining advanced Lg air conditioning hyper inverter technology with R410A refrigerant. The new design has improved air flow-pattern through the unit, and the new design of the high performance indoor heat exchanger, have resulted in a pressure loss reduction, allowing the fan design to be optimised for significantly lower sound Db levels. The air discharge louver has been modified to minimise air smudging on the ceiling adjacent to the air outlets
Gold FinTM Anti Corrosion
LG’s Outdoor Heat Exchanger is coated with a golden anti-corrosive epoxy treatment on the aluminum coil to minimised corrosion. This maintains heat transfer properties of the coil for an extended time where as non-Gold Fin coils progressively lose efficiency due to surface corrosion. Standard on every LG air conditioner, this assists in areas suffering from pollution or near the ocean where the unit may subjected to higher levels of salt.
