The Ecor-Pro EPD50-Max is a tough, industrial-grade desiccant dehumidifier designed for demanding environments where reliable dry air is essential. Built with durable stainless steel construction, this commercial unit is well suited to flood and water damage restoration, temporary humidity control, museums, research laboratories, dry air storage, production areas, stores, sports halls and manufacturing plants.
Using desiccant absorption technology, the EPD50-Max performs effectively across a wide temperature range and is especially suitable where low relative humidity levels are required. This model uses a commercial 3-hole system with a single internal axial fan, offering efficient operation with lower power consumption. Part of the dried process air is redirected, heated and used to purge moisture from the internal adsorption wheel, with the wet air then vented away.
As no collected water tank is required, the unit provides low-maintenance drying by discharging moist air externally or into another well-ventilated area. When positioned inside the room being dried, the internal humidistat can be used to regulate humidity. Where the unit is installed outside the drying area or used in a ducted arrangement, an external humidistat may be required. Its robust all-metal construction, automatic power reset and long power lead make it a dependable choice for professional and industrial drying duties.
