What sets the D850 apart in real-world installations—especially swimming pools—is its anti-chlorine protection, helping resist damage caused by hydrochloric acid found in pool air, where many similar units can deteriorate over time.
The unit is finished with a robust epoxy-coated steel casing and sits on four rubber feet for stable placement on a level surface. It can also be wall-mounted using the supplied bracket, making it a practical choice where floor space is limited. For hassle-free drainage, the D850 is gravity-drained via a plastic drain tray and can be piped from three discharge points: left, right, or underneath, allowing flexible installation.
A rotary compressor helps reduce vibration for quieter operation while supporting energy-efficient performance. Maintenance is straightforward too—the air filter inlet grille can be accessed easily even when the unit is wall-mounted, so routine cleaning doesn’t require removing the unit.
