The new ECO range of dehumidifiers from Ebac is one of the most efficient low temperature commercial dehumidifier ranges, being designed to help reducing the carbon footprint while delivering a high water extraction rate and a very competitive energy use / water extracted ratio. The ECO85 is in the middle of the ECO range of dehumidifiers which range from 60 litres of extraction up to 85 litres. The range has been specifically designed with efficiency in mind. This eco  friendly approach will help to reduce the carbon footprint while delivering high performance and low running costs. The ECO85 has an hour meter providing an accurate means of measuring the power consumption and a condensate pump as standard. The 3m pump height ensures that you no longer have the need to empty a bucket. It achieves its efficiency by utilising a high capacity reciprocating compressor and a new environmentally friendly R407c refrigerant. With a tough metal case and fitted with semi-pneumatic shock absorbing heavy duty casters the unit is reliable, hard-wearing, and can be transported easily. This 'no frills' dehumidifier is basically 'plug and play' with a simple on/off function. It will run on a normal 13a wall socket has a continuous drain to allow for remote use. The ECO85 has a hot gas defrost to remove the ice from the coils quickly allowing a minimum operating temperature of 3 degrees C.
