The Jumbo 150M Indirect Oil Fired Heater produces an output of 151kW (518,000 BTUs / Hr); however the success of the Jumbos is also based around air movement which, in the case of the Jumbo 150M, is an impressive 10,500 m³ / Hr. The combination of air movement and heat output outlined in the opening paragraph, makes the Jumbo ideal for heating large, temporary structures, glasshouses, construction and for remediation and grain drying. With the option of adding a 2 Way or 4 Way Splitter spigot for ducting, the Jumbo space heater can be ducted up to 160m from the heater.
Prior to the fan becoming operational, the Ecoflam burner pre-heats the combustion chamber; when the internal thermostat is activated, the fan motor disperses the heat into the structure, and will continue doing so until Heavy Duty Thermostat (02AC582) reaches the temperature set by the end user. The combustion process is governed by an electronic control box, with a flame control sensor, and safety thermostat also in line; the AISI 430 Stainless Steel Combustion Chamber is also protected by a post-ventilation cooling process, to prevent the chamber contracting too quickly.
In most cases the Jumbo would be used in conjunction with a bunded fuel tank or an IBC (Intermediary Bulk Container); this is done with use of single-pipe system and a tiger-loop air separator. The tiger-loop is designed to negate the need for "bleeding" the system of air in the event that the customer runs the tank out of fuel.
