Ceiling Suspended indoor unit - now has stylish rounded side panels, and a slimmer profile - only 210mm on smaller models. The FDEA is suitable for areas which do not have suspended ceilings, and can be installed adjacent to a side wall, allowing the pipe connections and electrical wiring are concealed.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has made a giant leap forward in air conditioning and heat pump technology, with the development of high performance FD Series split systems for commercial application: offices, shops, meeting rooms, restaurants, hotels, clubs, gyms, and open plan areas.
The new design FDEA Ceiling Systems have now been extended to include new small capacity INVERTER systems starting at 1.8kW/2.0kW, and large capacity cooling/heating at the top end 14.2kW/15.9kW. The heat exchange has again been improved, using slit-fins and inner grooved tubing for maximum efficency in heating and cooling, whilst maintaining lower sound levels.
7-Day Programmable Timer - now included in standard controls specification. The CoP (Coefficient of Performance) has been dramatically increased, up to 3.67 on some models. This means the system can deliver 3.67kW of heating, whilst consuming only 1.0kW of electrical power. This has been achieved by combining advanced Mitsubishi technology with R410A.
