The Hyundai DHY45KE is a three phase diesel generator with a maximum output of 33kW/45kVA. Designed for commercial and industrial use, and ideal for use in containers and plant rooms, the DHY45KE is powered by a 35hp 1500rpm diesel engine and is equipped an AVR alternator to produce clean energy. This means that any sensitive electronic equipment can safely be powered by the DHY45KE.
Equipped with a 350L fuel tank, the DHY45KE is capable of exceptional running times. Running at 1500rpm, the engine is stressed less than in 3000rpm generators and this helps extend the lifespan of the machine if properly serviced.
The DHY45KE can be started manually by using the key, or connected to an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system. An ATS system will automatically detect a loss of power from the mains, turn your diesel generator on automatically, and then turn it off again when power returns from the mains.
The DHY45KE benefits from being an economical diesel generator, capable of running on red diesel which is significantly cheaper than road diesel and is safer to store than petrol.
Fitted with an MRS 10 control panel interface as standard, this user friendly interface gives fingertip control over several operating parameters as well as providing statistics relating to the engine, output and overall performance of the generator.
